Virtual Teacher

We are seeking virtual intervention teachers to provide after‑school instruction (4–6 pm EST) with a focus on small‑group reading and math.

• Collaborate with school administrators and classroom staff to plan and deliver effective instruction in a small‑group setting.
• Administer pre‑ and post‑assessment and consistently track student progress and data.
• Maintain effective classroom management and provide a safe, positive learning environment.

• Reading and Math intervention experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Primary or secondary teaching certificate issued by Delaware Department of Education preferred; willing to consider experience in lieu of a certificate.
• Experience working with Title I or special‑education students a plus.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds, stand frequently and raise arms above head; reliable transportation and hand dexterity for computer use.

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 4–6 pm.
• Pay $24–$30 per hour, varies by experience and qualifications.
• Position for the 2025‑2026 school year in a school building requiring stair access.
