About the Role

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

• You're totally open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's. (A background in child development, physical education and /or gymnastics helps as well).
• You have background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work.

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a springboard to life’s adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.

The franchise is independently owned and operated by Somersault Operating, which manages 22 locations across 7 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA). With multiple new locations scheduled to open in the coming years, we look forward to having you help us grow!

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
