Job Details- Position:
Dual Certified Elementary Special Education Teacher - Location:
Wilmington, Delaware - Duration: ASAP through 25-26 School Year
- Hours:
Full Time 37.5 hours per week, specific hours vary by school location
- The special education teacher plans and implements Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), delivers instruction to students with disabilities, adapts learning materials, collects and analyzes student performance data to inform instruction, and collaborates with families, general education teachers, and other support staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Delaware PreK Special Education Teaching License 2nd Certification
- PreK Teacher Certification certified with endorsement in special education
- For out-of-state candidates: proof of application for DE Certifications
- Initial phone screening
- Qualified local candidates will proceed to an in-person interview
