Requirements- Experience with CNC machines or strong mechanical aptitude.
- A mechatronics, machining, or engineering certificate or degree is a plus but not required, especially if you have industry experience.
- Provide world‑class customer service through solution‑driven service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
- Seek out and effectively eliminate roadblocks for our customers, ensuring lasting long‑term partnerships and future work for Phillips.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the month between Monday and Friday.
