• Assist the Chief Engineer in managing day‑to‑day operations of the Engineering department.
• Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, providing training and direction.
• Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house systems.
• Oversee repair and upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance issues.
• Support capital improvement projects, renovations, and equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and environmental regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to identify operational efficiencies and energy‑saving initiatives.

• Experienced in hotel or commercial building maintenance, with 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems with hands‑on capabilities.
• Organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Committed to safety, efficiency, and maintaining high standards of property appearance and functionality.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call rotations as required.
• Certified or licensed in a technical trade (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing) preferred.
