Alpha 3 Consulting seeks a Substation Engineer (P&C) to support high voltage substation projects from concept to detailed design. This full-time role operates on a hybrid schedule with in-office three days a week (Tue–Thu) and two days remote, primarily serving the Wilmington, DE area.
The candidate will work in a team environment, preparing drawings and designs, and coordinating with senior staff to meet project milestones while adhering to client standards and codes.
