Alpha 3 is seeking a Substation Engineer (P&C) to support high voltage substation projects from conceptual through detailed design. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Wilmington, DE, with three days in the office and two days remote.
Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering (or related field) and a master’s or equivalent experience in electrical power engineering, plus knowledge of substations, protection schemes, and CAD tools.
