• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in public accounting or a specialized tax function, with a preference for those with both Big 4 and industry background.
• Expertise in the pharmaceutical or intellectual property sectors is impactful.
• Exemplary skills with One Source Tax Provision and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in ASC 740 and adept in income tax financial reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP and Hyperion is advantageous.
• Strong capability to enhance processes through tax technology and automation.
• Skilled in communication, research, and analytics.
• Thorough understanding of U.S. tax regulations and international tax concepts including transfer pricing.
