Rapidly growing Financial Services / Fin Tech company seeks a hands-on Director of Finance to join their fast-paced team. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive financial strategy, capital efficiency, and revenue modeling, and to manage financial risk assessment and pricing strategies. This position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

• Develop and implement strategic financial models and forecasts to achieve the company s short and long-term goals.
• Oversee the development of pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor capital efficiency, ensuring optimal use of resources and identification of potential areas for cost reduction.
• Lead revenue modeling efforts to accurately project future revenues and identify potential areas for growth.
• Conduct financial risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial management with short and long-term company objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting and ensure its accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services, Fin Tech, or insurance industry.
• Proven experience in pricing strategy, capital efficiency, 3-statement modeling, and financial risk assessment.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex financial scenarios.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
