We are seeking skilled Fund Accountants (Level II) to join our growing team supporting a large‑scale fund migration project. This is a hands‑on role where you will contribute directly to daily operations in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
What You’ll Do- Perform daily reconciliations across hundreds of funds, identifying and resolving breaks
- Research and elevate issues to appropriate teams in a timely manner
- Collaborate with peers and managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
- Adapt to multiple shifts and evolving priorities driven by offshore handoffs and market volume
- 3–6 years of mutual fund accounting experience (required)
- Strong reconciliation expertise with proven ability to analyze and resolve breaks
- Demonstrated success working under pressure with tight deadlines
- Flexibility with work hours (shifts starting at 8 AM, 9 AM, or 10 AM EST)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Eagle or Geneva platforms
- Background at a large financial institution (e.g., JPMorgan)
- Mid‑Senior level
