POSITION SUMMARY- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients alongside Senior Wealth Advisor/Partner
- Create and implement in-depth financial plans, including retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management
- Provide tailored investment advice based on clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various Diversified lead sources and through organic referrals
- Ensure all recommendations and actions comply with regulatory standards and the firm’s internal policies
- Educate clients on market trends, investment strategies, and financial products, empowering them to make informed decisions
- Work with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions
- Partner closely with Paraplanner/Senior Paraplanner to ensure clients are provided with a first class experience in a variety of areas including account servicing, financial plan deliverables and implementation of recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Series 66 required, CFP preferred
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in financial planning software and CRM systems

- Self-motivated drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment as part of a full advisor team (Senior Wealth Advisor/Partner, paraplanner, admin, etc.)
