POSITION SUMMARY
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients alongside Senior Wealth Advisor/Partner
  • Create and implement in-depth financial plans, including retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management
  • Provide tailored investment advice based on clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various Diversified lead sources and through organic referrals
  • Ensure all recommendations and actions comply with regulatory standards and the firm’s internal policies
  • Educate clients on market trends, investment strategies, and financial products, empowering them to make informed decisions
  • Work with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions
  • Partner closely with Paraplanner/Senior Paraplanner to ensure clients are provided with a first class experience in a variety of areas including account servicing, financial plan deliverables and implementation of recommendations
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Series 66 required, CFP preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in financial planning software and CRM systems

  • Self-motivated drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment as part of a full advisor team (Senior Wealth Advisor/Partner, paraplanner, admin, etc.)
