Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Wilmington, DE office for a Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy associate. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience in all aspects of financial restructuring & bankruptcy, including complex Chapter 11 experience. QualificationsQualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the State of Delaware.
Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Court experience preferred.
- Bankruptcy clerkship preferred.
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
- Sedentary work:
Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
- Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
