SAP FICO & HANA Reporting SME

We are looking for a Senior SAP Finance SME to lead the design and delivery of Finance solutions across SAP ECC FICO, S/4

HANA, and S/4 Group Reporting. This role partners closely with business, finance, and technology teams to drive large-scale finance transformation programs.

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP FICO and S/4
  
  HANA Finance solutions.
• Own architecture and solution design for S/4
  
  HANA Group Reporting.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives with strong focus on standardization, compliance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical partners across geographies.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional designs and solution roadmaps.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
• Provide guidance, review, and mentoring to project teams and junior consultants.

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP ECC FICO and S/4
  
  HANA Finance.
• Experience leading or contributing to large finance transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, reporting, and compliance processes.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional and global teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in multi‑country or global SAP rollouts.
• Prior experience in solution architecture or program leadership roles.
