Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehab (Full-Time)

Full-Time | Inpatient Rehabilitation | Neuro-Focused Caseload

We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a hospital-based inpatient rehab program. This full-time role is ideal for therapists seeking mentorship, growth, and a neuro-focused caseload in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

• Treat a diverse neuro caseload: stroke, TBI, debility, ortho, and cardiac

• 1:1 patient care with longer treatment sessions — not high-volume churn

• Collaborative team model with PT, OT, and SLP working closely together

• Structured mentorship for new grads and strong growth opportunities for experienced OTs

• Average 6 patients per day with 60–90 minute sessions

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team on functional ADL training and goal progression

• Participate in both individual and group therapy sessions as needed

• Self-manage daily schedule within hospital guidelines for flexibility and balance

• Collaborate with assistants and precept students (optional)
