Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a clinician‑owned, physician‑integrated practice that prioritizes collaboration, evidence‑based care, and patient outcomes. You’ll work closely with orthopedic surgeons and specialists in sports medicine, joint, and spine care to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services.

• Conduct detailed physical therapy evaluations to assess function and mobility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Track and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required)
• Active Physical Therapy License in Delaware (Required)
• 1+ year of experience in outpatient care preferred
• Strong understanding of anatomy and musculoskeletal rehab
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Full‑time, Monday to Friday (no weekends). Annual salary $90,000–$115,000, based on experience. Pay range provided by Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists.
