• Average total compensation of $88,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week.
• Base rate of $20 to $25 per 50-minute Swedish massage.
• Uncapped commission structure of $5 to $9 per 50-minute massage.
• Tips average 18% to 25% of the non-member price (average tip $20–$30).
• Weekly pay with tips paid out the same day.
