Shift: Rotating ShiftDescription: St. Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Lead Sterile Processing Tech to join our Central Sterile Processing team!Employment Type: Full timeShift: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, rotating shiftJob Description Summary:

• Perform and coordinate the cleaning, preparation, and sterilization of all specialty and surgical instrument trays.
• Take a lead role in education and training of new staff.
• Do the monthly load counts.
• Working closely with the manager and oversee daily operations in his or her absence.

Minimum Certifications, Registry or License Requirements:

• Required Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least three years of sterilization, biological testing or operating room technician experience, must read and write English and possess ability to communicate in English, spoken and written.
