The healthcare attorney will handle complex issues from digital health, data management, life sciences and medical malpractice to regulatory compliance and offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value healthcare transactions for leading industry clients.
Qualifications- 6+ years of healthcare transactional experience
- Admission to the applicable bar in the office location
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, Anti‑Kickback, and Stark
- Excellent academic credentials
- Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills
- Current or recent AM Law 100/200 experience required
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
Salary range: $284,000 – $600,000
