Position: PA 1099 Contractor

We are currently seeking experienced Physician Assistants (PA) to join our team as 1099 Contractors in Wilmington, DE. As a contractor, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of facilities and settings, providing high-quality patient care while earning a competitive compensation of $750+ per shift.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and provide appropriate treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive care
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care and confidentiality

• Current and unrestricted NP/PA license in the state of Delaware
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as PA in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using electronic medical records
• Ability to travel to different facilities as needed
