Overview
This Nurse Leadership role oversees the Pediatric Cardiac Operating Room, directing patient care and coordinating staff in a high-volume setting performing around 360 cardiac procedures annually.
Responsibilities- Facilitate care services, staff mentorship, resource management, quality improvement, and strategic planning aligned with Magnet principles.
- Licensed in Delaware.
- 5+ years of clinical experience (preferably in pediatrics).
- Management experience.
- Possibly certification in nursing administration or CVOR.
- Master's degree is preferred.
