Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our senior-focused rehabilitation team in Delaware. You’ll provide hands-on treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, helping seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings improve mobility, function, and independence.
Responsibilities include implementing care plans, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and families.
