Overview

Big projects on the east/west coasts and recruiters back filling normal BAU hiring. Target background:
Service Now, Java (full stack). Recruiters may be placed on lateral recruiting (core hiring – associate to ED). 20-25 requisitions at a time with a 60-day ramp-up window and a goal of 6 fills per month. Full life-cycle recruiting. Consideration of permanent hires; manager noted that permanent hires have been made through agency previously. Most team members come from an agency background.

Partnership is encouraged and credit is shared internally. Budget through Q1 2026 with a potential reassessment in October, noting that things generally extend longer than expected.

Associate

Responsibilities
  • End to end ownership of the recruitment process for technology
  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions, owning full life-cycle (sourcing, screening, closing candidates and driving the offer process)
  • Structuring and negotiation of compensation with new hires and hiring managers
  • Build robust relationships with hiring managers, peers and HR partners as a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Provide support and advice to hiring managers with knowledge and subject matter expertise within the aligned technology discipline
  • Partner and leverage all avenues to find top talent (Linked In, networking with new hires, internal sourcing, and partnerships with internal sourcing organizations and military recruiting, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment or contingent search firm
  • Skilled at sourcing passive talent and able to sell opportunities within the firm
  • Direct sourcing tools and approaches (social media, advanced searches, etc.)
  • Prior success delivering talent pipelines for technology groups
  • Innovative, creative and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with change, challenges, and multiple deadlines/priorities
