Recruiting Coordinator - Talent Acquisition Operations Base pay range

$33.00/yr - $33.00/yr

  • This role provides recruitment support to a team of recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Schedule a high volume of interviews by coordinating availability with candidates and business partners, booking conference rooms or video meetings, and sending calendars and confirmation emails.
  • Produce employment contracts for the US, Canada, and Latin America, with an understanding of regional legal requirements and variations.
  • Process internal transfers.
  • Manage onboarding and pre‑hire checks, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and supporting trackers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for committed hires during the post‑offer, pre‑hire phase to ensure all requirements are completed before the start date.
  • Drive solutions through critical assessment and delivery in support of core HR processes, recommending continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Build strong partnerships across Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, Finance, and other teams to manage issues, escalations, and risk mitigation.
  • Act as an advocate for company culture and values.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional HR projects as required.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of operational excellence in an HR or recruitment environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to quickly build trusted partnerships.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to energize and inspire high performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
