We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Ops Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on administrative tasks, interview scheduling, and managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This position directly impacts the efficiency, organization, and scalability of our hiring process and enhances the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling & Logistics:
    Arrange complex interviews across multiple locations and time zones, manage calendars, and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • System Management:
    Maintain data integrity in the ATS (Rippling), manage candidate records, and troubleshoot system workflows.
  • Candidate

    Experience:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive hiring journey.
  • Hiring Team Support:
    Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, prepare documentation, and assist with offer letters and onboarding.
  • Process Improvement:
    Help implement standardized recruiting services and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
  • Tech proficiency and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Rippling is a plus.
  • Adaptability:
    Thrive in fast‑paced environments and reprioritize tasks quickly.
  • 2+ years in recruiting or people operations.
