Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

With over 40 years of experiences in Real Estate Law, our Law Firm has an immediate opening for a full- time recruiter. MWC is a high volume, fast- paced, multi-office law firm representing Mortgage Lenders, Banks and Financial Institutions in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Florida and Ohio through the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy legal process.
We are looking for a driven, organized legal recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process. You will partner directly with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source active and passive candidates, and deliver a smooth, engaging candidate experience from initial outreach to day-one onboarding.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Partner with Managing Attorneys to help identify talent to fill roles.
• Sourcing & Outreach: Build robust talent pipelines using job boards, Linked In Recruiter, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct phone/video screens to evaluate technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural alignment.
• Interview Coordination: Partner with coordinators to schedule interviews, gather structured feedback, and guide hiring decisions.
• Offer & Onboarding: Manage offer negotiations, extend formal proposals, and coordinate smooth transitions with HR and onboarding teams.
• Data & Metrics: Maintain clean, up-to-date candidate tracking and metrics inside our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Education: High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Tools: Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., , Lever, and Linked In) and sourcing tools.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions.

This is a full-time position, with immediately availability. Passing of our background, drug test and credit check is a requirement for hire.
