Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Scrum methodologies and certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

This role is responsible for bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring business needs are translated into actionable requirements and contributing to the successful delivery of Agile projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Prioritize product backlogs and define user stories using CSPO expertise.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as requirement specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support testing processes by defining test cases and validating deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
