Tech Risk & Controls Lead - Resiliency at JPMorgan
Chase: join our team to mitigate tech risks and uphold operational excellence, driving innovation in risk management.
- Identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks in line with the firm’s standards; provide SME guidance to technology-aligned process owners to ensure controls are effective and compliant with regulatory, legal, and industry standards.
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, Regulators, and other stakeholders to report a comprehensive view of technology risk posture and its impact on the business.
- Drive innovative risk management solutions and manage a diverse team in a dynamic risk landscape.
- Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements; provide senior management insights into control effectiveness and governance.
- Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, information security, resiliency, or related field, focusing on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial industry regulatory requirements.
- Proficient knowledge of resiliency protocols, testing, data security, risk assessment and reporting, control evaluation, design, and governance; track record of implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to influence executive-level strategic decision-making and translate technology insights into business strategies for senior executives.
- CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or similar industry-recognized risk certifications are preferred.
