Junior Data Analyst

Wilmington, DE

Hybrid Work Model (Must work 3 days/week onsite in Wilmington)

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm ET

Role Overview

We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our Product Management team. In this role, you’ll support data-driven decision-making by analyzing business and product data, uncover insights, and help shape strategies that improve customer experience and drive growth. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and project management ensuring internal goals and being tracked and met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in gathering and interpreting data to support product decisions and business strategies.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) across products and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
  • Support product managers in identifying trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis.
  • Help monitor customer behavior, product usage, and market trends to inform product development and retention strategies.
  • Document data workflows and reporting processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role (internships or academic projects welcome).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and customer experience metrics is a plus.
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Curious about how data can influence product strategy and customer outcomes.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new tools, technologies, and business domains.
