Position: AI Prompt Engineer (W2)

• Design, test, and optimize prompts to improve LLM accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze model responses to identify areas for prompt improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop prompt templates and best practices.
• Maintain a repository of effective prompts and document changes for future reference.
• Prepare clear documentation of processes, findings, and recommendations.
• Assist in drafting user guides, FAQs, and training materials for regulatory reviewers.
• Work closely with internal teams (AI/ML, compliance, product) to align on requirements and priorities.
• Participate in regular project meetings and status updates.

Pay Range: $60,000 – $67,000
