We are seeking an experienced Oracle to ECC Data Migration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating data migration activities from Oracle systems to SAP ECC, using Synti as part of the migration toolset.

• Perform end-to-end data migration from Oracle to SAP ECC using Synti.
• Analyse existing Oracle data structures and map them to ECC requirements.
• Develop, test, and execute data migration scripts and programs.
• Validate migrated data for accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues promptly.
• Document migration processes, mappings, and validation results.

• Strong experience in Oracle and SAP ECC data structures and migration processes.
• Hands-on experience with ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading) processes.
• Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks.
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and ABAP skills preferred.
• Experience using Synti for data migration is mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with hybrid work environments is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
