- Experience as a Pega Business Analyst
- Experience in the Financial/Banking domain
- Knowledge of PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology
- Experience with Pega Smart Disputes
- Experience with Pega 7.x
- Delivery of large-scale systems
- Credit Card Disputes domain knowledge
- Ability to learn new technologies and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
