VP of Digital Marketing – CSC

Location: Wilmington, Delaware

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description: We are seeking a high-caliber VP of Digital Marketing to lead our Market Intelligence function. The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and business acumen to drive data‑driven decisions and competitive advantage.

• Lead the development of market intelligence frameworks to monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
• Deliver executive‑level insights that shape go‑to‑market strategies, product innovation, and brand positioning.
• Track macroeconomic, regulatory, and technological developments that impact the business landscape.

• Provide data‑driven support for strategic planning, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and investment prioritization.
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives and visualizations for senior leadership and board‑level presentations.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Finance, Technology, and Product teams to align marketing insights with enterprise goals.

• Act as a strategic advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and Business Unit Presidents.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives that integrate market intelligence into product, sales, and customer experience strategies.
• Manage external research vendors and data partners to ensure high‑quality, timely insights.

• Proven experience in global marketing leadership roles (10+ years preferred).
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Prior experience at a Big‑4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA is required.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or strategy consulting.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, analytics platforms, and statistical tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer journey analytics, and performance measurement.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work across cultures and manage international teams.
