Sr Technical Scrum Master / Agile Lead
Location:
Wilmington, DE / New Jersey – Day 1 onsite position
We are seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master / Agile Lead to manage and facilitate Data Warehouse (DW) projects within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, remove blockers, and drive Agile best practices.
🔹 Key Responsibilities- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide cross‑functional technical teams to ensure efficient and timely DW project delivery
- Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team progress
- Partner with Product Owners, Program Managers, and Technical Leads to align priorities and goals
- Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement
- Ensure cross‑team alignment, dependency management, and backlog prioritization
- Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and risks using Jira and Clarity
- Support Agile execution for Cloud Data Warehouse platforms, with preference for Google Cloud Platform
- Strong experience as a Technical Scrum Master / Agile Lead
- Hands‑on exposure to Data Warehouse projects
- Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Jira and Clarity
- Cloud Data Warehouse exposure (Google Cloud preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
