Primary Responsibilities- Lead an engineering team, ensuring development and support efforts align with organizational goals and client needs.
- Build strong client relationships, consult on evolving business requirements, and recommend forward-thinking solutions that anticipate industry changes.
- Oversee the delivery of mission-critical applications, manage project queues, and ensure teams execute with excellence and efficiency.
- Champion innovation by monitoring technology trends, initiating improvements, and driving adoption of best‑in‑class solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a culture of belonging within your teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, product evaluations, and technology infrastructure, ensuring robust support and seamless integration.
- Maintain rigorous standards for risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls, safeguarding the integrity of our financial systems.
- Shape policies and procedures to enhance departmental performance and effectiveness, while managing budgets and staffing to support strategic objectives.
- Minimum of 9 years’ combined higher education and/or work experience, including at least 4 years in engineering/architecture and 3 years in leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑project environments and deliver results in fast‑paced settings.
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET stack and cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) is essential.
- Strong background in financial services, ideally banking, with a clear understanding of business and operational impacts.
- Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ technology management or large program leadership experience.
- Advanced knowledge of application development, product integration, and technology frameworks.
- Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities, with a track record of shaping team direction and driving business growth.
