Immediate need for a talented Senior Technical Support

Pay Range: $25 - $27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Provide endpoint vulnerability remediation support using various tools and techniques to remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to calls received to the Client Desk
• Interact with end users via soft phone or chat modules to resolve desktop vulnerabilities
• Remotely access and support end-user machines to achieve first call resolution
• Utilize Client as the ticketing tool to track and escalate incidents for end users
• Participate in projects and program initiatives within the team

• Skills - Technical Support, Windows OS Support, Vulnerability Assessment
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• 1 year of equivalent Client support experience
• 1 year of equivalent Windows OS support experience
• 2 years of end-user support experience
• 1 year experience with Client
• 1 year of experience with Vulnerability Assessment tools (Qualys, Rapid7, Crowdstrike, Beyond Trust)
