Job Description: We need a Technical Business Analyst for the open position. The candidate should be comfortable with TDD/BDD/Gherkin and have prior experience in business analysis for the development of Java applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Utilize strong knowledge of Java to support development, testing, and troubleshooting processes.
• Perform testing using Java to validate functionality and identify issues.
• Leverage knowledge of AWS and Azure to support cloud-based solutions and integrations.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
• Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by ensuring requirements are met at each stage.
• Analyze and resolve technical and business issues, providing innovative solutions to meet project objectives.

• Strong Java proficiency for technical analysis, development support, and testing.
• Proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Hands‑on experience with testing processes, including writing and executing test cases using Java.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and related processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex business and technical challenges.

• Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops processes.
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging frameworks.
• Basic understanding of user interface and user experience principles.
