• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, automate, and maintain critical enterprise application platforms in production.
• Involve in various change deployments for application enhancements or to fix issues reported by users.
• Support in the resolution of incidents and problems, ensuring effective problem-solving techniques are applied.
• Perform deep dive application reviews and provide feedback to enhance the quality of application code artifacts.
• Assist with data processing and troubleshooting activities alongside L2 support.

• 3+ years of solid experience as an application production support engineer in a 24x7 uptime environment.
• Strong understanding of Linux environments and various operating systems (e.g., Red Hat Linux, AIX, Windows).
• Experience with log parsing technologies like Splunk and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
• Hands‑on scripting experience using shell, Perl, Power Shell, or Python for automation purposes.
• Good understanding of ITIL concepts and experience in service delivery processes including Incident Management.
