Position: UAT Tester Advanced (>6 years)

We are looking for an experienced User Acceptance Testing (UAT) specialist to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a long‑term contract position.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive UAT and document detailed test results, including defect identification.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain test cases for all relevant applications within the scope of the project.
  • Formulate test approaches and plans, addressing dependencies and potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and provide updates on testing progress.
  • Ensure all testing artifacts are accurately updated and appropriately stored.
  • Reconcile results from various tests and teams to verify accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify and incorporate process improvements in tools and practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Work alongside managers and leads to ensure testing readiness and successful milestone completion.
  • Facilitate quality assurance practices to support diverse product testing.
  • Utilize innovation tools, such as advanced systems and platforms, to support testing and documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of six years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and testing outcomes.
  • Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and AWS, along with advanced organizational systems.
  • Familiarity with File Net and expertise in managing test artifacts and documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in defect management and documenting detailed test plans.
  • Knowledge of innovative testing practices and process enhancements.
