• 8+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or Agile delivery leadership roles
• Strong experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Expertise in project planning, dependency management, and risk management
• Experience creating status reports, dashboards, Gantt charts, and executive presentations
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and quarterly planning cycles
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, reporting, and AI tools (such as Copilot, Claude, or similar)
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting and delivery workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in financial services or fintech domains

• Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution across initiatives, from intake through release.
• Translate business priorities into structured delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain integrated roadmaps, project plans, and Gantt views aligned with sprint plans across multiple work streams and teams.
• Partner with Product and Technology leaders to align scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Track delivery progress and drive timely corrective action by identifying gaps, risks, blockers, and ownership needs.
• Identify, manage, and monitor cross-team dependencies, including those managed through Jira or Jira Align, and assess
