AV Consultant; Microsoft Teams Rooms

MTR Project Consultant - Onsite Opportunity (Wilmington, DE 19803, 18+ mos. contract, project) - Biopharmaceutical Cancer Research Company

Our biopharmaceutical client focused on cancer research is seeking a technical resource to help migrate from their Cisco AV solution (hardware and software) to MS Teams Rooms on Android (30 or so between northern Wilmington suburbs and Chadds Ford, PA corporate locations.)

The ideal candidate would need a strong mix of the below:

• Teams room hardware and software implementation experience (Android SW version)
• Experience with MS Teams console, administrator.
• Demonstrated experience with successful replacements projects of Cisco or similar legacy AV to MTR 1+
• Live event production, including video switching / audio mixing
• UC and network protocol understanding... DHCP, VLAN, CDP, SIP, MGCP, etc.
• Experience with supporting peripherals in addition to AV.... Windows/Mac Laptops, endpoint management, hardware and software.
• White-glove support and communication with high-priority stakeholders, this role is working directly with execs and other high priority scientists who work in regulated lab environments. Type A internal customers!

*** This is an onsite opportunity, 18 months guaranteed project scope with potential extensions beyond that. Fully onsite in North Wilmington, DE suburbs (with ability to go to Chadds Ford, PA for part of the project, just 15 minutes up the street).
Rate Range: $41.31/hour to $ 50.84/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Fulltime health/vision/dental and 401k benefits available during the contract period.
