Business Intelligence Lead

A global financial services organisation is seeking a Business Intelligence Development Lead to help drive the next generation of workforce analytics and self-service reporting capabilities.

This is a highly visible leadership role sitting at the intersection of Business Intelligence, HR Analytics, Data Platforms, and Business Strategy.

You'll lead a team responsible for delivering enterprise BI solutions while helping modernise the organisation's analytics ecosystem through cloud-based technologies, self-service analytics, and data-driven decision making.

• Lead and mentor a team of BI professionals
• Partner with HR and senior business stakeholders to deliver workforce insights
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics and modern reporting capabilities
• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics products
• Ensure high standards of governance, security, compliance, and data quality
• Integrate BI tools with modern cloud platforms including Databricks
• Influence analytics strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

• 5+ years of Business Intelligence experience
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Track record delivering BI solutions in large, complex organisations
• Expertise with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Sigma, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of cloud data environments and modern analytics architecture
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into technical solutions
