What You’ll Do: As an Insurance Account Manager
, you are the go-to contact for both new and existing customers seeking insurance solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships and understanding clients’ unique insurance needs.
- Educating clients on insurance products to help them make informed decisions.
- Cross-selling and upselling services to enhance client protection.
- Managing policy changes, processing payments, and handling claim follow-ups.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and elevating customer concerns when necessary.
- Supporting the agency’s goals through collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.

- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Experience &
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of customer service experience (insurance experience a plus).
- Passion for helping others and improving lives through insurance solutions.
- Ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Active State Insurance Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) preferred – or willingness to obtain with our support.
