What You’ll Do: As an Insurance Account Manager
, you are the go-to contact for both new and existing customers seeking insurance solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships and understanding clients’ unique insurance needs.
  • Educating clients on insurance products to help them make informed decisions.
  • Cross-selling and upselling services to enhance client protection.
  • Managing policy changes, processing payments, and handling claim follow-ups.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and elevating customer concerns when necessary.
  • Supporting the agency’s goals through collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Sales-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled at identifying needs and solving problems effectively.

Preferred Experience &

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience (insurance experience a plus).
  • Passion for helping others and improving lives through insurance solutions.
  • Ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Active State Insurance Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) preferred – or willingness to obtain with our support.
