Korean Interpreter Position

Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking Korean interpreters for IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, mental health evaluations, and more.
Interpreters must have daytime availability

Language needed:Korean - Immediate need

Location: Wilmington, Delaware
- IN-PERSON

• Flexible schedule
• Make your own hours and choose the jobs you want!
• Great way to supplement your income.
• Need is for about 1-3 hours a month.

• Travel to local client sites within the Wilmington,Delaware area
• Provide Korean/English interpreting for school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, medical appointments, and more
• Provide superior customer service
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry-specific best practices

• Full fluency in both English and Korean
• Daytime availability of at least 5hours per week (between the hours of 8AM - 4PM)
• Availability to support our interpreting clients when needed
• Access to reliable transportation1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred, but not required
• Industry-specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.),
  but not required
• Candidates mustbe willing to get a background check including Federal, State, and Child Abuse Registry
• Must have reliable phone service for contact
• Must be comfortable withsmart phone for job input
