A leading AmLaw 200 firm with a national presence is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Wilmington, Delaware office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative real estate and land use team with a strong regional and national footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, easements, and loan documents
  • Handling transactions involving lending, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Conducting real estate closings and reviewing title and survey materials
  • Assisting with development projects, including preparing and presenting applications for land use approvals
  • Attending administrative hearings and advising clients on compliance issues
  • Supporting real estate‑related litigation such as tax assessment appeals and condemnation matters
Requirements
  • JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 2–4 years of relevant real estate experience (lending, financing, acquisitions, and land use)
  • Admission to the Delaware Bar required (or ability to waive in)
  • Excellent drafting, writing, and communication skills
  • Interest in growing within the Delaware market and contributing to the firm’s long‑term real estate practice
