We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling personal injury cases, strong litigation skills, and a thorough understanding of Delaware law.

• Represent clients in personal injury cases including auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and workplace injuries
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial
• Manage case files from intake through resolution
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression
• Maintain strong client communication and provide compassionate legal counsel

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Delaware
• Active licence in PA preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
