A leading global firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in Wilmington. The team handles high-profile corporate and commercial disputes, with a strong focus on matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking sophisticated work within a collaborative, supportive, and nationally recognised litigation practice.
Key Responsibilities- Support complex corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
- Draft motions, briefs, and case strategy memoranda with precision and strong analytical focus.
- Conduct legal research and manage discovery across a range of business disputes.
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation where appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues, delivering high-quality client service on fast-moving matters.
- 2–4 years of corporate litigation experience, ideally with exposure to Chancery Court practice.
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Judicial clerks are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Member of the Delaware Bar in good standing (required).
Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 DOE
