Transactional Healthcare Attorney – Senior-Level Opportunity

A respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Transactional Healthcare Attorney to join its growing team. This role can be based in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., offering flexibility for candidates looking to build their practice in a supportive, high‑performing environment.

This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives on sophisticated regulatory and transactional work within the healthcare sector. You’ll advise a wide range of healthcare providers, management organizations, investors, and emerging companies on complex transactions, compliance considerations, operational issues, and strategic initiatives. The role provides consistent exposure to challenging matters, close collaboration with seasoned practitioners, and the opportunity to meaningfully influence client outcomes.

What

You’ll Do
  • Lead and support healthcare‑related transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and corporate restructurings.
  • Counsel clients on federal and state healthcare regulatory requirements, including fraud and abuse, licensing, reimbursement, and corporate governance.
  • Work closely with cross‑disciplinary teams across offices to deliver seamless, well‑strategized solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating an evolving legal and business landscape.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 6 years of transactional healthcare experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Strong academic background and exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where you will practice.
  • All candidates must hold a JD and have prior law firm experience.
