- Conduct and strategize depositions and discovery
- Work directly with clients and provide counsel
- Collaborate with the litigation team while working independently on assignments
- Assess medical and legal issues and build case strategies
- Prepare for trial, including planning and developing litigation strategy
- Participate in and potentially lead courtroom appearances as required
- Active Delaware Bar license is required
- Pennsylvania license is a plus
- Prior experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, or long‑term care defense
- Experience conducting and planning depositions
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team structure
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases/priorities
- Medical (firm pays 70‑90%), dental, and vision with Single to Family coverage levels
