The firm maintains a sophisticated and diverse litigation practice, including complex commercial disputes, Chancery Court matters, and high-stakes business litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

• Represent clients in a broad range of complex commercial and Chancery Court litigation matters.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery responses, and manage case strategy.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and pleadings.
• Collaborate with partners and team members on large-scale and high-profile litigation cases.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and participate in case planning and management.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, including exposure to Delaware Chancery Court practice.
• Admission to the Delaware Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
• Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.
