DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced senior attorney to help clients achieve favorable outcomes with legal matters. You will advocate for clients, advise them on the best course of action, and implement their legal support plan. You should have previous trial experience, be able to manage a heavy caseload, and use your general counsel experience and interpersonal skills to mentor our lower-level associates to ensure a continued legacy of prosperity.

- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses
- Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws
- Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings
- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
- Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience
- Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
- Member of state and local bar associations in good standing
- Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
- Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
$135,000+ yearly total DOE
